Annual Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date: Thursday 22 July 2021
Time: 1830 hours
Whilst members are always very welcome to attend our annual meeting, current Covid guidelines restrict us to a maximum of 30 attendees. So if you would like to attend in person please let us know via the Contact Page on our website.
We would really appreciate if all members could take the time to read the AGM paperwork (see below) and then complete and submit the proxy voting form (at bottom of page). We need members to vote in order to comply with our constitution.
