Planning application for 32 homes on Sainfoin Lane

The developers application as below is now on the B&DBC planning website.

21/03806/OUT | Outline application for the construction of up to 32 new homes with upgraded access taken from Sainfoin Lane (all matters reserved except access) | Land At OS Ref 457858 149396 Sainfoin Lane Oakley Hampshire

There is a date expiry on this application of 10th February.

The transport plan shows that the intention is to tarmac and pave Sainfoin Lane up to the proposed entrance to the site.

Access is required through the Doctors Surgery car park, already marked with white parameter pegs. The plan drawing indicates, using blue dashed lines, that land is only available for the ' New Highway Corridor’ from the boundary of the surgery on the South Eastern corner with the adjacent property.

The implication for the future of the Surgery and patients is unclear. In order to build the new road the Surgery would have to close. A new access way into the Surgery car park is shown on the Eastern side of the boundary.
